"My husband & I just moved here from Ontario as we’ve been wanting to live in Cape Breton. We were eager to get started in our home search & contacted a few realtors but had difficulty connecting with one. Homes we were interested in were being sold quickly & felt we were missing out on opportunities as my calls were not being returned quickly. We were frustrated & time was an issue. We expanded our search to the mainland for more opportunities. I reached out to CRT Williams for help & asked if they had a realtor in Cape Breton that could help. Ryan Ehler called me the next day to introduce himself & offer his services. Ryan grew up here & was exactly the person we wanted, an awesome local who knew Cape Breton inside & out. After hearing all of our must haves, wants & don’t wants he went right to work that day looking for suitable homes.
