"Ryan was awesome! He was on vacation and still kept in touch. His determination and persistence is exactly what you want in a REALTOR®. Our home sold in the matter of weeks! He also set us up with a REALTOR® to help us with buying our new home in the New Glasgow area. If your selling your home I would highly recommend Ryan! "

"We are incredibly grateful to Ryan for his exceptional service in helping us find our new home. His deep knowledge of the local market and dedication made the process seamless and stress free. We highly recommend Ryan Ehler to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. "

"If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Ryan Ehler! He was my realtor for selling my house. It was an older house that needed work and I needed to get an easement done. Ryan worked very hard on the deal and went above and beyond to get it sold for me. Thank you so much Ryan you are the best!!"

"Upon a wonderful recommendation from a fellow KW Colleague, Allison Godsoe, it was obvious we made a great choice in choosing Ryan! Ryan’s professionalism and grace in helping us navigate the estate sale of our Mom’s home was evident from the 1st meeting we had with him. Ryan ensured that this process would be as seamless as possible, and it WAS! Having an intimate knowledge of the area from having grown up locally, and his knowledge of the market, helped sell our family home. Ryan went above and beyond whenever we had questions, always replied in a timely fashion, and kept us informed at every stage of the sale. Thanks again Ryan - you made a difficult situation a very positive one! "

"Great realtor, very nice guy, very happy with his service. Well done Ryan."

"We have recently purchased our first home and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. When we first started our search for a home I had a few questions and reached out to Ryan Ehler. I sure am glad I did. He was a pleasure to work with and took care of everything we needed. He was always available to answer questions and give advice. If you’re selling or looking to buy a home in the Strait area. Don’t go with the same ole, same ole. You deserve better. Don’t settle for the rest, get the best.

Give Ryan a call, you won’t regret it.

"It’s been a year of ups and downs but before the year is over, I would like to give my sincere thanks and gratitude to Ryan Ehler who effortlessly helped accommodate me in purchasing my first home, back in August this year.

Ryan did everything he could to help me, and just made the whole process feel seamless.

I was away at work on the boat when all this was going on, and trying to meet deadlines, do signatures, review, revise, re-sign, all while trying to catch a cell signal or stay connected to the wifi long enough, almost seemed impossible.

for someone who is dedicated in their work like that, and to help their client in that manner, speaks volumes of their character.

So I oblige Ryan’s patience , kindness and professionalism. If it wasn’t for him working with me every step of the way, it wouldn’t have been possible.

Thanks again Ryan, and KW Select Realty!

If anyone in the area is looking for a real estate agent , he’s your guy! Cheers!"

"My husband & I just moved here from Ontario as we’ve been wanting to live in Cape Breton. We were eager to get started in our home search & contacted a few realtors but had difficulty connecting with one. Homes we were interested in were being sold quickly & felt we were missing out on opportunities as my calls were not being returned quickly. We were frustrated & time was an issue. We expanded our search to the mainland for more opportunities. I reached out to CRT Williams for help & asked if they had a realtor in Cape Breton that could help. Ryan Ehler called me the next day to introduce himself & offer his services. Ryan grew up here & was exactly the person we wanted, an awesome local who knew Cape Breton inside & out. After hearing all of our must haves, wants & don’t wants he went right to work that day looking for suitable homes. Of all the 4-5 other realtors I was in contact with, NO ONE else took the time & effort to sift through listings that matched our needs. I had to provide the listings to these realtors & ask for viewings to be set up of which only a couple were seen. I was hoping for more. Ryan, on the other hand was communicating daily, providing new listings, some of which we were not aware of. Within 2 weeks of first speaking with Ryan, we viewed 7-8 homes. He was the one who found us our forever home that was everything we wanted & more! Being first time buyers, Ryan assisted us in all the steps along the way from making the offer, finding a lawyer, arranging home, septic & well inspections to all the closing details. It is a new development/road & Ryan provided contacts & information for the developer, neighbours and even set up snow removal to ensure all home inspections were completed on time. The whole process went so smoothly with no issues & Ryan also assisted us in assuring our move went well. Even after our move he keeps in contact to ensure everything is well. We’re new to Cape Breton & Ryan has become an integral part in helping us to achieve our dream to live here. We couldn’t be more impressed with Ryan’s friendliness, professionalism, eagerness and knowledge of his territory. If you want an excellent home buying experience, Ryan is the realtor you want...thank you Ryan!!! "

"First thing first Ryan is a great name! Not cuz I have the same name just because it’s amazing.

But Ryan is beyond a great real-estate agent he goes above and beyond to ensure people’s needs are met and and overall amazing person to deal with. Making our relocation from Ontario to Nova Scotia effortless.

Recommend if you are looking to buy a house or need to ask questions about a property do not hesitate to ask this man! "
